Sputnik gets a Deathcore tag when

good question
|
| |
they bore me to tears, also seen them live before and no.
|
| |
Dig their stuff but yeah, I also saw them live and it was incredibly boring
|
| |
This band has a lot of potential but seems to fail to utilize it. Saw them live when they opened for Fallujah and they're okay I guess. Single Mothers was playing down the street the same night and I kinda wish I would've caught them instead.
|
| |
Saw them with Fallujah the other month. Went outside after five minutes into their set. I don't get how this kind of music is still popular.
|
| |
Because it's fun to listen to and the shows are a fucking blast to be a part of? And like you know, opinions?
Nothing more annoying than some douche who walks out of a show because he thinks he's too good for the music being played.
|
| |
I did give them a fair chance. It's not like I was booing them or heckling or talking shit. Besides, I paid for my ticket I can do whatever the hell I want. I probably would have loved them if I heard them 7 years ago when I liked deathcore.
|
| |
Thats fair enough but saying "i dont get how this music is still popular" is pretty shitty.

I can say that being really high and walking outside to find a Mexican food truck staffed by a guy who barely spoke English and made amazing quesadillas was infinitely more fun than watching any of the bands at the show I mentioned before besides Fallujah.

I guess. It's just the fact that deathcore has been dying out.
|
| |
That's not a fact actually. Plenty of fans of deathcore. You still seem to be trying to pass off your opinion of the genre as fact. Just say you don't like the style and be done with it.

i dont get how this music is still popular [2]
"Hurhurhurh but muh 12 breakdowns per song"
I used to listen to a lot of deathcore but grew out of it considering the genre is generally boring as fuck outside of a few bands.
|
| |
lol @ "deathcore has been dying out".
Peace.
|
| |
It has in my scene at least. There were a lot more deathcore bands in 2008 in Colorado than there are now. Of course there are still people that like suicide silence and Whitechapel though.
|
| |
I mean how many people are in colorado anyway, can't be that many lol
jk, but if you think about it, 2008 was a prime year for deathcore whereas now it's not such a new phenomenon so of course there aren't as many big bands blowing up. the scene is far from dead though.
|
| |
haha i got u nightstars.
Yea agreed.
