Yeah Unsung Heroes sucked
| |
So excited. Hopefully it's better than UH.
| |
please dont suck
| |
Let's hope this is better than UH.
| |
At least their artwork is always sick. I'll give this a shot even though UH was pretty weak.
| |
Pretty excited for this tbh
| |
Can't be any worse than Unsung Heroes.
| |
fuck you guys
| |
so they used analog recording but photoshop album art.
| |
Kinda get annoyed by that "midi metal" term but album sounds cool.
| |
i thought unsung heroes was underwhelming but not utterly terrible
for this reason im still really looking forward to this
| |
''so they used analog recording but photoshop album art.''
Lol.

The 10 year old in me loves that cover. I'll keep an eye out for this one.
| |
Unsung Heroes also had a 'special recording process' and that album was really mediocre. Let's hope for the best.

so they're pulling a WitTR and going analog. Cool. Band usually doesn't disappoint so let's just hope this one makes up for the last one.
| |
Gonna suck, you watch (or listen).
| |
Hope for the best and prepare for the utmost worst I guess? Lets hope they can pull out another From Afar. I'm sure they got that in them somewhere.
The main reason why UH wasn't that great was because the songs were blazing fucking fast and in your face like the rest of their earlier material. It was just too slow in tempo. It felt like a tamer, lamer version of Ensiferum. I still enjoyed the album though, just not as much as I wanted to.

Guys, I'm sorry—and I'mma let y'all finish—but "Token of Time" is the best folk metal song of all time. Of all time. Just sayin'.
