New District Unknown video

2014-09-02 by Philip Whitehead | 1 Comments
Afghan metal band District Unknown have released a new music video for their song 'Portraits' from their debut album, Anatomy of a 24 Hour Lifetime, which was released on August 4 worldwide.

The album is the first of its genre to come from Afghanistan, where conflict dating back decades has meant that extremist Taliban militants have often threatened and attacked people who have shown signs of western influence.

It's not the best but given the circumstances of their formation and life I'm willing to cut them some slack. They have a genuine excuse unlike King 810. I'd even say this was better without all that.
