2014-08-25 by Reptile444 | 17 Comments
Ink Procedure is an unsigned five piece alternative, but more accurately, 'punkcorechestral' (punk/hardcore/orchestral) band based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Tons of blood, lots of sweat, and one meaningful tear later, their first 5-track EP is now released and available through iTunes, Spotify, and other various locales throughout the digital realm.
Members include:
Tristan McVeigh - Vocals / Acoustic Guitar
Dana Bouchey - Vocals / Piano
Cale Bouchey - Vocals / Viola
Justin "Frizzy" Brislawn - Electric / Acoustic Guitar
Chris Bonis - Drums

TIL just by adding a violin to your music you become "orchestral"

this sounds pretty lame to me

This reads more like an email I'd get from a label advertising this than an actual news article.

Seems like a promotional article versus actually being news worthy.

It's no such thing as punk or as "orchestral"... It's just a fastened indie pop rock with a couple of violins.

Plus it's pretty bad, maybe except from Alice, which probably is a bit of a standout, if possible, among that mess.

IT'S JUST A FASTENED INDIE POP ROCK WITH A COUPLE OF VIOLINS [2]

It's like calling Saor "symphonic black metal" because there are flutes and some strings. Ridiculous. Music's not bad, though, although I was expecting more trumpets. :-(
