I thought the cover was cool. I mean, it's cheesy, but all power metal is.

Listen to the full album though. The Sun Is Dead is one of the best songs they've ever released

I love the original and I enjoy this cover, honestly.

Anyway, the album really surprised me (I was never able to listen to a full DragonForce record before, let alone enjoying and replaying it), I'm probably writing something on it because I want to give them some credit for sucking less.

Also, Hudson > ZP everyday.

The comments here are unsurprising. The Internet has convinced an entire generation that you're not cool unless you publicly complain about anything and everything.

Fun cover. Not my favorite, but I appreciate it for what it is.

Theart was a dickwad but I really like his voice. I mostly miss the bombastic songwriting, the huge solo sections (not just the crazy wanking, but the legit harmonized ones), the grooves on Fury of the Storm and Prepare for War. I mean yeah, Ultra Beatdown was way too homogeneous but I'll take Reasons to Live over The Game any day.
