wasn't expecting this to sound the way it does.......
This very good, certainly wasn't the style I'd thought they go.
Ye, apart from the 1st song this thing rocks hard.
I really dig "Curb Crusher."
This album fucking rules. I'm lacking 2014 albums right now but it's right near the top of the list.
Not what I would expect on paper, but it's kinda fun.
Digging: Deftones - Gore
This is very impressive. But I have a feeling that the names attached to this are what's making it so enjoyable for many.
Regardless, I think this is good.
"Ye, apart from the 1st song this thing rocks hard."
yeah, and even the first song has that cool chorus with Greg so it's not completely eh. Seriously surprised by how well this turned out, the vocal dynamic overall is awesome
Digging: Deftones - Gore
this is really solid... damn!
I can't wait for the reviews. As long as there's one feature it's all cool. But I know there'll probably be a few so i'll hold off doing my own.
Forbidden Fire is probably one of my favorites
I'm curious to hear the opinions from everyone. I wrote a review of this album for another website and dug it, so I don't plan on reviewing it here.
I need to listen again but good first time thru.
@PostMesmeric you should post it here too (or just put a link to the one you did lol)
I like how they don't have a front man. I think that's pretty unique
If you insist: http://pittsburghmusicmagazine.com/2014/05/04/review-a-roaring-debut-from-metal-supergroup-killer-be-killed/
Exclusivity rights prevent me from posting it on this site, but if you're up for reading it, go ahead.
It really helps because the three vocalists have distinct singing styles. Max handles the lower screams, Greg takes the higher screams (and even a lot of the cleaner vocals), and Troy handles the lower bellows.
this is pretty cool i have to admit, i was excited but skeptical but i dig this.
Its like a combo of all the members' sound, glad Cavalera took a back seat for most of the album vocally.
yeah this is awesome
one of us is the killer be killed
Digging: Omari Jazz - All Too Much!
Sweet. I was interested in hearing this when I first heard about it.
I've been really excited to hear how this turns out! Can't wait to listen to after work.
I think I will write a review too.... really surprising album
Face down is like the ultimate Intro song for a UFC fighter
What a horrible band name
'Seriously surprised by how well this turned out, the vocal dynamic overall is awesome' .
This is really great stuff! But...
'What a horrible band name'
where the hell is material for giraffe tongue orchestra?
Digging: Sergei Rachmaninoff - Piano Concerto No. 3 in D minor, Op. 30
I'm surprised there's still no review yet.
