This kind of reminds me of Fall out Boy mixed with Wolves and Machines. The song wasn't bad, if not generic at times, but it's nice to hear Johnny on something that is not R&B garbage
Whole song sounds like an intro
Where's the beef??
jonny sings the same melodies as usual.
I have no idea how these lyric videos are an actual thing now. They're unpractical and it doesn't look good either.
this is terrible
I think I hate him more than Ronnie Radke now...
just kidding, that will never happen (sorry Snide)
Digging: Misery Signals - Controller
Too much reverb on the guitars. They feel too overlayered in effects.
Digging: Turmoil - The Process Of
I'm enjoying the song but yeah it's kind of just one giant buildup that doesn't go anywhere unexpected. Still could have been a lot worse.
And hell yea those guitars are pretty drowned out, sadly. Hope the album has some more interesting riffs and songs.
Yeah song pretty much sucks IMO. I dig Craig but I hope the album is more straightforward than this massively layered vox show. It's like everything has taken a backseat and then we got Johnny but he's doin the same junk we've always heard so
what a disappointment
I know you had a lot of emotions riding on this
A good vocalist with the most generic and boring accompaniment known to the internet. Pretty shitty.
Oops nvm Mal
Video just makes the awful lyrics more obvious
Fuck you Craig, fuck right off
Digging: Childish Gambino - "Awaken, My Love!"
Did you check the new Kurt Travis yet doe?
Nah does it rule?
It doesn't rule but it's enjoyable. Go listen
Pretty bland. He hasn't done anything noteworthy since DBM.
I got halfway through, then I just started skipping to see if anything was actually going to happen towards the end. I can't say I expected much of this though.
Digging: Portugal. The Man - Waiter: ''You Vultures!''
This ain't bad for a build-up... if that's what it is. I'd be interested to hear what's next.
I hate that I like this fuckhead's voice. If someone tears out his trachea and transplants it in someone non-douchey, will it transfer over?
so many lyrical cliches lol
Is this song title a reference to flaming genital warts?
Digging: City of the Sun - To the Sun and All the Cities in Between
Never liked this guy, probably never will.
Digging: The Republic of Wolves - Varuna
I'm not sure if I listened to something else than you guys, but I thought it was really good, and far "catchier" at least than the majority of stuff he's put out himself and most of Emarosa's stuff.
Musically it's still nothing special, but it's the most interesting backing he's had for ages.
I'm glad they made sure to show 'stuck between the voice and the echo' everytime he sang it.
I would have never known what he was saying without it.
Digging: Pyotr Tchaikovsky - Piano Concerto No. 1 in B? Minor
New Emarosa song is so much better than this.
when did that drop and who is even their vocalist now
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4OjBGzFR1Q Bradley Walden, formerly of Squid The Whale.
better instrumentally, not as good vocally imo.
Mediocre at best. The new Emarosa track slays this.
Yeah and it's not even that good
Issues, Woe Is Me, Memphis May Fire, Jonny Craig - just don't understand the hype on these. Song sucks.
Reason i listed those 4 is cause ppl talk about them all the time and they blow
jonny craig can sing that's the difference between him and all those shit bands you mentioned
true story bro
where's my MacBook?
I enjoy Tyler Carter a lot. He can sing...
nah he sux
tyler carter sounds like shit imo. really annoying after 1 song. even halfway through the song i get pissed
yeah im pretty pissed myself
this song is starting to grow on me tho
