I like it more than the new Portal but it's still just like a whirlwind of grindy riffs.

imo it is better than vexovoid, but then again portal have a different sound than these guys

this was pretty great, murky as fuck and the guitar solos rule, but i can't help but feel the first half of the record is a lot better than the second. probably a 3.5.

I've had this in my hands for 2 weeks. Nothing new but still rules.

I thought Vexovoid was a lot better than this.

I don't think it's quite as good as their debut even if the production is a slight improvement. I think that at almost 50 minutes long it just tends to drag just a bit, we'll just have to see if it grows.

Yea and that's why I don't get the hype for this or Portal :-( It's like grindy windy machinery
noise, not metal riffzzz.

Agreed so hard. They just kind of made a 1.1 version of Relentless Execution of Ceremonial Excrescence all the way down to both titles sounding the same too (5 words with "of" in the middle hahaha). Still rules though.

Wizard predicts next album title:

Scraping Flesh of Cultural Identity

A little tidbit about this band, if you're comparing them to Portal, don't! They were created years before Portal's birth. Portal just happened to put out a record first.

Yeah I get why people like it because it sounds cool in concept but as of right this second it all has
yet to click with me. Probs need to listen to it louder.
