What a bizarre song. Like, really weird. Instrumentally it is better than "Psywar" by a pretty large margin but god damn, those vocals. The screeches are awful.

Also, production here is 100x better than it was on "Psywar". Drums sound way, way, way better.

This is why I admire Attila: His vocal approach has exponentially more variety than anyone else in metal. And his vocals are almost always unsettling.

As for the song, it's a little better than Psywar, but I'm still not very excited for this album. This Metallica production does not fit the style of music they're making at all.

I didn't mind the vocals. I mean, it's black metal. Some of the vocals in earlier Mayhem stuff is way worse, imo. Or, rather, more annoying

Mayhem with guest vocals by the crow that witnessed Euronymous get stabbed in the fucking head. Great song, sick instrumentation and I actually dig the vocals.
