Stoked. Been jamming the opening track for several days now
Digging: The Kinks - Muswell Hillbillies
This sounds even poppier than Gospel, which in itself was leaning on the far pop end of pop-punk.
Either way, this is an enjoyable listen so far.
Digging: Toadies - Hell Below Stars Above
@joel, that opening track though...
wtf i didn't even know they had a new album
Cool beans! Listening now
Gospel was amazing and this is pretty good so far
From what I've heard, I think this will have more lasting power than gospel.
Yeah I don't like this band.
i have gospel on vinyl and i have no idea why because i've never actually listened to it idk :/
pretty sure you'd dig this kris. Check the song Glowing Crosses
Too much talk about 'Gospel' and not enough about knowing where the sidewalk cracks.
Digging: Westkust - Last Forever
WHOAH WHOOOOAAAHHHH WE DON'T NEED MAPS, WHEN WE KNOW WHERE THE SIDEWALK CRACKS
yeh, not diggin it
oh well, at least we can agree on direct hit! and the hotelier
direct hit doeeee
I liked their first album but Gospel was super spotty and I'm not digging what I've heard from this
Gospel is my second favorite pop-punk album. Band rules can't wait to check this out.
It's definitely similar to gospel, sounds like they're following the same direction as that album. Although so far I think this album works better as a whole
album's fun as fuck
this is good. i'm not nearly as into these guys as i was when gospel came out doe
This is good
Digging: Darkspace - Dark Space III
i can't stop laughing at Bed Sores because the riff in the verse is the chicken dance
Run brother run is amazing
Can understand why people like these guys, but not really digging atm.
This is better than I thought it was on first listen.
loving this, definitely a grower. favorite songs atm are glowing crosses, bed sores, flies on tape, the only thing that haunts this house is me, and run, brother run.
Yep @TooManyFriends, you just killed how fun that track is.
that song rules though, even if the riff does sound like the chicken dance :3
