Nothing new under the sun, but the song slays anyway.

Also, I really like the really loud sound of every instrument.

I liked the first three Gamma Ray albums. I've never really been a fan of Kai Hansen's vocals.

If you liked their first three albums, you will worship Land of the Free and Somewhere Out In Space. As for Hansen's vocals, I humbly beg to differ, although his style has not changed all this time.

On another note, I really like the optimistic tone of the new song, the new album will probably be like that as well.

I wonder where they got their inspiration for the song title.

To the Metal was trash, this sounds a little better. I've come to terms that Gamma Ray won't do anything new again, but I'd be satisfied with something like Majestic, where the songwriting was great m/

Killer song, Kai Hansen is back on form again. I think that their upcoming release is going to be great. But, you can't expect from Kai to do something new again. That guy has reinvented the wheel 2 times with Helloween (Walls Of Jericho, Keeper Of The Seven Keys) and Gamma Ray (Land Of The Free, SOIS)

Also, i forgot to mention that Hellbent reminds me of Walls Of Jericho/Helloween era. Kinda back to the old roots! m/

Dragon and Sword may be above World and Screaming.

@Ending, those 5 words you mentioned are the most used in a lot of metal genres, not only in power metal.
