"Hugely anticipated new album."
lolwhat?

I remember this band lol. Country metal. m/
|
| |
Their first album was great, but they have departed from its style in the last full-legth.
|
| |
First two albums were solid, third one bad. Probably more of the same here.
|
| |
Liked the first 2 records, their last was bland as fuck.

Their albums are enjoyable, maybe I'm going to check their next work
|
| |
Is it time to make Generic Rock its own genre?
|
| |
Me and Mary Jane is pretty enjoyable and more stylistic of their first couple albums if I recall. Looking forward ti this!
|
| |
One of my favorite bands around but the last album kinda sucked but Joe Barresi produced this so I'm holding out hope that this album will be more like the first one.
|
| |
I'm pretty sure the last album was very Howard Benson influenced, so I'm hopeful that this one will be better without him.
|
| |
Mary Jane and I lol
joshieboy12345 that was exactly my thoughts. Like country but with some cool riffs. Hope this album's good.

Blind Man is their best song

You ever heard Big City Lights, Kalopsia? It's fantastic, it was a bonus off their second album. I think it's their best song.

Because it's actually last years news, no matter when that publication got a hold of it. It's like saying "exclusive" but 20+ other guys have already done it.

Some Sputnik hacks will decry this band as just radio rock but they're missing the point.
This band started off with a cool set of influences but had their own identity. They definitely learned some things from early
90's heroes like AIC and Soundgarden but incorporated a lot of Southern rock/classic rock into the mix. They had a grungy
crunch but with that clean Skynyrd like tone. When they wanted to, they could fire off a damn solid set of songs. The problem
is now they've completely streamlined and left behind that interesting hybrid sound they had going. The last album did not
impress me at all.
Here's to hoping they found a new spark on this album.
