Dammit I literally just posted an article about this
| |
seriously debating going to NY just for Cloudkicker lol
| |
what the hell ben sharp is actually playing live?:
| |
Gonna be one of those tours where the venue's already packed out for the openers
| |
Rumor is that Intronaut is playing the set with him or something like that.
| |
I believe that was mentioned in both articles posted on this site. And here where Ben comments on it http://www.metalsucks.net/2014/01/23/tesseract-intronaut-and-cloudkicker-tour-dates-officially-announced/
| |
yea that's right. will go for cloudkicker and intronaut and leave before protest the tesseract comes on
| |
hmmmmm
| |
"Gonna be one of those tours where the venue's already packed out for the openers" you got that from
the metalsucks article yesterday.
and yeah agreed MO tesseract aren't a good band on albums and they are terrible live. that being said
i will probably not be able to go to any of these dates unfortunately
| |
Damn I would like to see both of these, no SLC stop though.
| |
I'll be in Philly for sure.
| |
Damn, I'd go see cloudkicker. Shame it's just us.
| |
Ahh no DC!
| |
lol cloudkicker live
| |
Omg gonna see Cloudkicker then leave
| |
Whys that a lol? It could be a good show.
| |
I really think CK should just quit his job, but I guess that aint up to me.
| |
yea quit a job that gives him the luxury to write music on his down time and own a house, to play live music...which would probably net him pennies
| |
the same job that gave him a month off to go tour...yeah he should really quit and live life on the fucking ROAD baby
| |
Fuck you Americans and your 'America Only' tour dates.
| |
^ No, the threw in 2 west coast Canadian dates so its a bona fide "North american" tour.
| |
Ohmygoodness, Cloudkicker is going on tour? I must see this.
Dammit, none of those are even close to me.
| |
dude I live 9 hours from NY, probably gonna hit it up because I guarantee he never tours again
| |
Most likely. This is a must-see show.
| |
I think the closest one to me would be Ohio. I wonder how far away Cleveland is.
Oh, nvm. Minneapolis looks like a better possibility.
| |
i may have to fly to a random city on one of the weekend days
| |
Only interested in TesseracT. Wish they'd play on less niche tours here
| |
I'm gonna mix in a trip to NYC with the gf with seeing this gonna rule
| |
Is Tesseract pretty good? I am not familiar with them.
| |
nah they suck. they showed promise way back when they were releasing cool demos. then they watered down their sound like mad and decided to become a protest the hero cover band
| |
they are awful live. they use a shitload of backing tracks so kids think they are good when actually the singer can't pull off any of the vocals live. plus the bassist is just a gross human. he reminds me of heike kagero from super punch out
| |
"plus the bassist is just a gross human"
his onstage antics make him look like he wants to touch kids
| |
(central/east)NC gets shit on again.
| |
^seriously bro? at least your state got a show (its not with cloudkicker, but still)
| |
Tesseract were pretty decent when i saw them actually. Really enjoyed 'em and I don't like their stuff
at all usually
| |
singer can't hit the notes bro watch closely. they use those backing tracks to make it seem like he can sing
| |
Fuck ya ben sharp in this bitch. Ill be at the portland show
| |
Ben Sharp isn't even playing in Columbus, nice
| |
So basically if you don't live on the perimeter of the US there's no show close to you.
| |
hell of a tour
| |
Would go only for Amy I Love You
| |
Boston or NY, hmm
| |
I am THIS close to selling my coachella ticket to see cloudkicker. THIS CLOSE
| |
so fucking blown that cloudkicker wont be on the va date
| |
Are Tesseract good?
TesseracT are an extremely decisive band. I don't recommend listening to the naysayers because the people who like them seem to really like them. Check them out for yourself before forming an opinion.
nah they suck. They watered down their sound like mad and decided to become a protest the hero cover band
I can understand if you don't like them, but that was just ridiculous... Must be trolling.
| |
the truth hurts it's ok man
| |
its true that they are very decisive
| |
Damn, I bet Cloudkicker fuckin rules live.
| |
would only go if they played stuff off of beacons.
| |
he's not gonna not
| |
How the hell is Tesseract gonna follow that?
| |
Oh god why Studio Seven, that's the shittiest venue in all of Seattle.
| |
Will definitely being going to Los Angeles just for Cloudkicker. I've seen Intronaut twice before and Tesseract. Believe it or not, Tesseract puts on a pretty damn good show. They are definitely a band that's better live than on an album. The lead singer doesn't do a great job of doing the harsh vocals but that was my only complaint when I saw them in December.
| |
No Toronto/Ontario... .AAHAHAHAH~!
My excitement was followed by a kick right to the balls.
| |
Going to Ohio just for cloudkicker. And tesseract was good when they had Dan. I seen them again with Elliot and they were good. New guy sucks live.
| |
Oh shit! i was already going to this, but didn't know cloudkicker was playing! PROVIDENCE!!
| |
