This is awesome! It didn't take to me until I heard the chorus, but I like this a lot now.
Edit: Looks like the rest of the record doesn't sound like this and isn't as good
Damn. I never liked this band before but this song goes hard.
Real Slipknot vibe in this song.
Stray From The Path just posted this :
"A little over a year ago, we played a show in Ottawa, ON. On the stage was a note left for us that said something along the lines of "We love Stray, have a good show - MTH" after small research, found it it was My Ticket Home. Checked the band out, didn't like it at all, but it was a nice gesture. Woke up to a text from Drew saying "check out My Ticket Home's new video" and I thought he was telling me to watch it because it was a shitty video or something (Because Drew does that a lot to me)
I checked out the video, and it was sick. I instantly bought the record, and its really sick. Its also produced by Machine Shop, which are our DOGS.
what I am getting at... watch this video, and buy this record."
Made me check it out, I dig this a lot more than I expected to.
that was awesome!
slipknot deftones what
Digging: Round - Glass/Float
getting a huge deftones vibe from this. a bit of slipknot too
You have Stray From The Path on Facebook obviously haha.
It is not 1997 dudes. There's a reason stuff like this stopped happening a while ago.
well late '90s style metalcore is coming back in the underground so like, my band's right on the next logical step for that progression :D
ps deathcore shows are still packed all the time
I listened to their 2012 release and it sucked
deathcore kinda sux
What an intriguing, edgy opinion.

Deathcore so dead that Thy Art Is Murder's been in the US for two months selling out shows.
