Camel Re-record The Snow Goose
2013-11-30 by Finbar | 17 Comments
Legendary British proggers Camel have released a completely re-recorded and re-packaged
version of their classic album The Snow Goose to coincide with their 2014 tour.

From the line-up of Andy Latimer (guitars / flute / keyboards), Guy LeBlanc (keyboards),
Colin Bass (bass guitar) and Denis Clement (keyboards / drums / percussion), this new
version basically remains faithful to the original, with some tracks revised slightly.
It also includes a bonus of special arrangements and enhancements composed for stage
presentation.

Album rules, though I don't entirely see the point in this. I hope they're still planning on making a new studio album and this wasn't it...

It would be interesting but the original sound is always going to be my personal favourite. I don't think you can really improve the performance, but new Camel is always good.
