2013-11-21 by MoosechriS | 30 Comments
Ukranian black metal legends Drudkh and the UK's own Winterfylleth have joined forces on what is to be a limited edition EP release in early 2014. Titled Thousands of Moons Ago / The Gates, the EP will be released on limited blue vinyl and will contain cover songs from both bands with 3 songs from Drudkh and 1 from Winterfylleth. The cover songs are hand picked examples of both bands early influences, track listing as follows.

1. Drudkh - ...W Krainie Drzew (Hefeystos cover)

2. Drudkh - Ten, Ktery Se Vyhyba Svetlu (Unclean cover)

3. Drudkh - Recidivus (Sacrilegium cover)

4. Winterfylleth - The Gates (Hate Forest cover)

Pre orders are currently being taken through the Season Of Mist webstore

Considering Drudkh's track record of late this'll probably be good but nothing special or boring as all hell.

Their last album was shit, that's how I know. The only thing they did worthwhile was The Ghost Of Heritage.
