Classical music band Kronos Quartet are streaming their new album Aheym at NPR.
The San Francisco based string quartet is playing a piece written by none other than Bryce Dessner (The National, Clogs). The album will see an official release on November 5 through Anti- Records.
Stream the album here: http://www.npr.org/2013/10/27/240302322/first-listen-kronos-quartet-aheym
Will check this later. Very much enjoy their work.

Sweet news, loved their work with Mansell.
Digging: Marilyn Manson - Born Villain
I have nothing to contribute other than the fact that I hate that NPR has a player that pop's up in a separate window.
Epic as fuck
Digging: Disgrace - Inside the Labyrinth of Depression
I actually enjoy the other window, lets me browse in Firefox while the popup is Chromed.
This is pretty great so far.
Will have to listen to this later, as Acanthus said, their work with Mansell was incredible. I get they didn't write it, so who knows what this will be like
def will listen later this group rules
Digging: L'Orange and Stik Figa - The City Under The City (Instrumental)
"classical music band"
I can't fucking stand it when you mother fuckers say "WILL CHECK THIS LATER." No one gives a flying shit if you "will check this later." Shut the fuck up and leave your comment once you've listened or say something else. JESUS CHRIST>
I did say something else, so hopefully that was aimed at others and not me. Can anyone say how along the lines of the Soundtrack work this is?
will check this later
