RELEASE THE KITTIES!
They lets Pickle sings a song
Bear McCreary is the greatest name of all time.
Digging: Hammock - Raising Your Voice... Trying to Stop an Echo
I dont know how I didn't already know about this! I will definitely be watching this! I know a lot of people dont like them, or just consider them a joke band. But I love Dethklok!
Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
Dethalbum 1 was the best metal release of the year.
It was OK. Wish they'd go back to the recording sound on the first record, though. Really excited for the film.
Digging: Imbaru - Vigias
Dethalbum 1 was very enjoyable. 2's vocals were really bad in spots. I barely remember 3, honestly.
2007 was a weak year for metal.
except for Neurosis and The Ocean.
What is this? Audible bass? In MY Dethklok?
Dethalbum 3 was the worst; 1 was easily the best. Most fun songs, and heaviest, most organic sound.
Murderface learned the bass is actually audible when it isn't just played with your cock, but you add balls as well.
Bear McCreary, movin' his badass composition skills on over from Battlestar Galactica to Metalocalypse. The only logical progression.
I never saw what the hype was about this band or show or w/e. But is the drummer using an electronic kit? Maybe quality is shit.
Nah, Nathans just decideds not tos totallys mix the bass outs ofs the songs this times.
If my ears aren't playing tricks on me, I'm pretty sure there's no rhythm guitar in this... which if it's following the canon of the show, is a pretty great attention to detail.
In the show the Swisgar said that in the masters it's himself that records that rhythm guitar/bass masters...
Huh, I don't remember that. I *do* remember Skwisgaar telling Nathan just to let him record Toki's parts because he felt Toki was "slowly learning how to un-play the guitar."
love me some klok
Man 3 is fucking awesome !
Good song, but I really wanna hear the score of the musical.
The fact that the full live band is playing on here and this might well be the finale of Metalocalypse makes me think that after this ends the series Brendon might scrap the cartoon elements of Dethklok and turn it into a full real and possibly more serious band cos he's said he still plans to make more Dethklok albums in future.
Digging: Darkthrone - Arctic Thunder
wow this is fucking gay
sold out hard rip
I'm talkin' Pentuplemint Spearmint gum! "Fuckin' seriously chewy."
This is gonna have so much zazz.
Digging: Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights
Fuck, this wasn't very good at all :/
Digging: Every Time I Die - Low Teens
"I never saw what the hype was about this band or show or w/e. But is the drummer using an electronic kit? Maybe quality is shit."
Drummer is Gene Hoglan last I heard so definitely not an electronic kit.
I hope another Dethalbum is in the cards sometime after all this. I mean he has enough material for at least one more.
Needs more Mashed Potato Johnson
Fuck yea mothafuckAAAAs!
Dethalbum II is the best you guys -___- is it really even an argument? III was good so was I.
I like all 3. I will admit that III took a little time to grow on me, but now I love it. If I had to choose a favorite...probably II.
You'll be bloodrocuted
MURDER DEATH SAILBOAT! dun dun dun
The first album has Murmaider, Awaken, Thunderhorse, Birthday Dethday, Dunkin Hills Coffee Jingle... neither of the other releases have jack on those songs alone.
III wrecks, I dunno where all this hate is coming from. Skyhunter and Killstardo Abominate (Talk about 'shuggah) especially. This track is super different for being Dethklok but I can totally dig it.
I agree ^
This is just a bonus song, so you can bet there will be so much more tothe album than this!
Digging: Soundgarden - Badmotorfinger
Digging: Inquisition - Bloodshed Across The Empyrean Altar Beyond The
I don't understand the love for the first Dethalbum, that was a bore-fest.
Loved the first Dethalbum. Couldn't really get into II or III except for Murmaider II which had cool parts.
Most Dethklok is pretty solid. Nothing special but got some good riffs going for them.
The solo album by Smalls was pretty awesome too. I enjoyed his creative freedom.
