This will be
their first release with Linkin Park's Chester Bennington fronting the band
Apparently Pandora hates Canada.
it's not just pandora
Digging: Run the Jewels - Run the Jewels
Just write Stone Temple Pilots.
"This will be
their first release with Linkin Park's Chester Bennington fronting the band as their
vocalist after Scott Weiland was fired earlier in March."
Legit thought this was a shitty joke until I saw that it was true
Digging: Buzzov-en - Sore
Spanning Tree Protocol
spinal tap porno
It's really not bad, it gives Chester a chance to make some non pussy type music, which he's definitely capable of
This is hilarious.
That song they did with him before was good, so I have high hopes for this.
Digging: Bleachers - Strange Desire
Sticky toilet paper
Chester as a vocalist is very decent, the problem with this album is that it appears more a dead by sunrise album than an STP album, besides STP was one of the least intersting groups in the grunge movement and since more than a decade their works have been just average.
A Stone Temple Pilots record sucks.
Digging: Modest Mouse - The Lonesome Crowded West
STP isn't even grunge anymore. It's just Velvet Revolver rock n' roll shit. Chester is a good vocalist but doesn't change the fact that these songs are super average.
Will we please stop calling things 'grunge'? It's rock and roll with an angsty frontman.
I remembe back in 2008 when there were rumors that chester will be the Scott's replacement for velvet
revolver. Lol, this sounds more like dead by sunrise, not bad at all but not avesome either.
"It's rock and roll with an angsty frontman."
don't forget flannels and holy jeans
oh and heroin
lol holy jeans
Stone Temple Pilots and Chester Bennington? I'm scared...
Digging: How to Dress Well - What Is This Heart?
it's not bad but it's pretty generic. Chester is not even the worst part of it. it's the songs that are pretty bland.
shit is pretty boring
Digging: PVRIS - Acoustic E.P.
STP stopped writing good songs halfway through No. 4 really
