Jamie Lenman, former frontman/guitarist of British rock band Reuben, has returned with a new solo double album, entitled Muscle Memory, which is set to be released through Xtra Mile Recordings on November 4th. The record's 23 tracks will expand upon the contrasts found within Reuben's back catalogue, " with one half extreme, aggressive metal and the other half all folk and jazz".
As a taster for the album Lenman has released a video for two tracks, 'Fizzy Blood' and 'Pretty Please', which can be found here:
