Trvth Releases Two New Tracks

2013-08-13 by TrueBlood | 45 Comments
Multi-genre project, Trvth, has released two new death metal tracks, entitled 'Burning
Slaves' and 'Desecrate The Mind', for an upcoming album tentatively set to be released in
2014.

With previous efforts surrounding genres such as progressive rock with Alpha,
progressive black/death metal with Black Horse Plague, and hip-hop with Earth Is
Dust
, these new tracks will be centered around a more pure death metal approach with
melodic tinges. The new album will be called Proverbial.

The two new tracks can be streamed and downloaded for free at the Trvth bandcamp page below:

Desecrating their minds isn't going to help them any more.

User created content is cool. Putting this as frontpage news is lol.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I really appreciate it.

Also, to clarify, "Burning Slaves" is a highly symbolic track and isn't literal in the sense that someone is being burned. Rather, liken it to a constant burdensome feeling.

"User created content is cool. Putting this as frontpage news is lol."

Seriously, how?

If Luc Lemay or Devin Townsend were users on Sputnik, would their content be any less valid as news?

Just because he's a user doesn't mean his music isn't valid as news. He's a musician, he's releasing an album. He posted it as a news article, WOWEE.

The label Blood Music has a sputnik account and they post news of upcoming releases, are their news articles not worthy of being news just because they're a sputnik member?

Known or unknown, mainstream or obscure, this feature caters to music news. This is music news. Get your tiny head out of your gaping arse.

@ SubtleBody - I appreciate your kinds words and backing up what you felt was an attack. But in all honesty a lot of these users are my friends/associates and most of them are actually playing around or messing with me which I in turn do to them all the time. It's cool man but thanks though.

Me and Kill were actually born in the same hospital.

@ - I never expected me to be taken serious in the first place. That's just not my personality. But my music has always been serious. But yea I've never been into site promotions or anything like that so I've never had a need to be overly serious. Sput is more like an outlet for me from my everday life and I enjoy many of the users here regardless of how they feel about me.

@ demi - Sup bro, no worries. And thanks man I appreciate the feedback!

@ Kill - That's a possibility but tbh I'm not really into covers. I tend to be more focused on new material. But that's not to say it won't ever happen. The main challenge would probably be replicating the drumz.

Desecrate the Mind is great too. I think the drums are a little too high in the mix personally (although they didn't bother me as much in Burning Slaves as they did in Desecrate for some reason) but overall really good stuff bro.

@ JT - Hey man I really appreciate the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed both songs. And thanks for letting me know about the drums. You're the second person who's told me they were a little high in the mix so I can easily fix that up which I will def' do.

I'm seconding JT for drums being too high.. People can say whatever they want of you, at least you're trying to put some music.. I will just say that I find some similarities between the riffs on each of the 3 songs released.. Beside that.. Good stuff

My comment was not a personal attack. I don't know the guy behind the music, nor do I care to because
the music just doesn't connect with me. I've tried. Props to you for making music and putting it out
there, I just think it's iffy for users to promote their own stuff on Sputnik. Simple as that.

Nice last sentence SubtleBody.
