song would have been the best on Genesis.. but it's still awful.

Pretty much- didn't think it was too terrible after I heard that other single they had about haters. The screaming and singing are a noticeable step down on so many levels from the original line up/band.

Yea the key changes from heavy to "clean chorus" on genesis felt incredibly forced and generic, but this song isn't as bad as everything on genesis. Btw did Austin do anything interesting at all on their last album? All I remember is slow, boring breakdowns. It's a shame, he used to be good with Of Machines but now they hate him.
