bretty good :DDD but you can tell his voice is catching up to him. when they play live he can't hit most of the notes anymore. that and his chipped tooth that he can't get fixed

i swear some people are going into this expecting to be disappointed, which i guess considering the quality of career suicide, is no surprise, but c'mon people

Vox are a lot more gruff. I like.

This one is a slow grower, a step above boat builders for sure but not quite on par with CS (which is
at least arguably the best tech punk album ever made, so granted there is some high standards to
uphold here)

I like it, can't for wait for this thing to come out already. The wait has been absurd.

...tech...punk?

can people stop slapping "technical" in front of a genre when a band happens to be slightly more "Technical" than others???

pleasE???

also this is pretty much a terrific song. It features bangin riffs, the vox are a lot more "gruff" as deathofasalesman says, and not to forget the band's feature vocal hooks that never let down. song slays

Seeing them live again at the end of the month so i guess I'll see what my low expectations equate to then. In the mean time still getting my fix of ruiner era aws sound from the younger 'captain were sinking' release

Dear Subtlebody: Its a recognized genre and a way to classify bands with a similar style and sound.
Deal with it.

Love and kisses, Donaldo

P.S. Bands that are "...SLIGHTLY more technical than average"? Surely you jest...

i don't know why everyone has such low expectations for this, really, thhe band has consistently put out high calibre releases.

i actually like the way nuno's vocals have evolved, i think it fits their harmonized vocals well

on earlier albums, he kind of overpowered the sound at times

still, want to see more bass work from robinson, he is a magician on that thing

he's amazing yeah, only need to watch their live clips to see that.

I definitely like his vocal style now
