When you think about how many full-length and short films he's made, he's really made enough to keep you occupied for as long as you want to be occupied with David Lynch movies. His first album is awesome. This is great news. And I bet his "Hollis Brown" will be killer.

Lynch said he was pretty much finished with movies in the Side by Side documentary.

Keanu Reeves: "Are you done with film?"

Lynch: "Don't quote me Keanu, but I think I am."

"Lynch said he was pretty much finished with movies in the Side by Side documentary."

You dumb fuck. He was asking if he was done with using film as a medium for movies, not if he was done making them.

Lynch has a new film coming, I can feel it. In the meantime, I'm excited for this.

"You dumb fuck. He was asking if he was done with using film as a medium for movies, not if he was done making them."

I gathered that, it just seemed like he was also hinting at retirement, considering his not so prolific output and his getting up there in age, I have to wonder if he has more than 1 or 2 movies left.
