Baroness Relief Auction
2013-05-12 by Lloyd | 15 Comments

"In August last year Baroness’ bus crashed off a bridge, seriously injuring band members and crew. A month later Jason “Loopy” Lupietuu (Baroness’ sound engineer), Rennie Jaffe (Manager of Relapse Records) and Nath Cöre (Baroness’ webmaster) set out as friends of the band to do whatever we could to eleviate the band of their medical expenses and loss of income in their time of pain and journey back to health and being able to play again. We reached out to our close friends, to donate items so we could auction them off to relieve the band of as much financial hurt as possible.

All proceeds will be given directly to the band and will not line the pockets of anyone involved. We are not here to make a profit from this fundraiser.

It has taken a while to setup, but we now have all of the items listed for auction. If there is no eBay links in there, they will be there shortly and announced soon. So please join us on Facebook and Twitter, please tell your friends and family who may be interested and stay tuned!

We thank each and every band for their help and donations and appreciate it to no end. We all can’t wait to see our friends in Baroness relieved of burden in every way possible.

Many thanks,

- Baroness Relief crew. (Nath, Jason & Rennie)"
