For The Fallen dreams have rejoined Rise Records and recruited the original vocalist Chad Ruhlig. They will also be releasing a new song next week.
"Rise Records is proud to welcome FOR THE FALLEN DREAMS back into the family. The band has re-enlisted original vocalist Chad Ruhlig to take over front man duties. Chad has been busy with his own band Legend, but he made the time to pursue both endeavors. FTFD's debut album, Changes, has been a cult classic for years and fans can now rejoice about a new album and tours. The new material is akin to their debut album and will surely not disappoint. The new single "Substance" will be released next week, stay tuned."

According to the Facebook page :')
Wasted Youth was utter dog shit.
*snarky comment ridiculing Wasted Youth*
Good stuff - they went way downhill after Relentless. Managed to see them play with Chad earlier this year and it was a great show, be interesting to see what the new material sounds like.
relentless > changes
Digging: Waxahatchee - American Weekend
Changes is a cult classic among the rise records repertoire for sure, so is of machines and the color morales last LP my devil in your eyes. Hopefully they can put out something better than the 2/5 bullshit they are doing now
Digging: Hammock - Oblivion Hymns
They'll never even come close to Relentless again.
Changes and Relentless were both enjoyable but I doubt the band will ever reach those heights ever again.
Digging: Anamanaguchi - Endless Fantasy
I liked Changes a bit more than Relentless.
I like Relentless a bit more than Changes
Digging: A Lot Like Birds - No Place
My ratings for their studio albums goes 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5. Can only mean the next album will be a 1.
Relentless is their best material hands down.
fuck to da yus
cult classic for retarded children
Digging: Magnolia Electric Co - Trials and Errors
I liked the second and third albums the most, but anything is better than the last album
relentless > changes
Digging: Cult of Luna - Salvation
Calling your own album a cult classic kinda defeats the purpose.
That was Rise's statement. Not the bands.
I'm excited for this because Changes and Relentless kicked ass.
Digging: In Her Own Words - Everything I Used to Trust
Relentless ruled. Not even the least bit excited for this though
Changes was my favorite. Will actually give this a listen.
i wonder if chad will do any of the songs of any other album past changes. i mean he only was on changes. its not like bury your dead where there was enough material with mat bruso to not do any mike terry songs.
Both changes and relentless rule for different reasons soif this is gonna be changes I'm happy
Digging: Erra - Augment
Their new single was pretty good.
