Pop-punks Emily's Army, featuring Billie Joe Armstrong's son on drums, sign to rise records to release their upcoming album Lost At Seventeen. Along with this announcement, the band released a video for their new song Avenue, which you can hear at the following link:

The album is produced by Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day) and is due for release on June 11th.

I listened to this band once and hated it. I guess this isn't as bad as I remember them being (though

@calc, while this is not really great, this is atleast way better than some of the crap they already had on their roster.
I'd rather hear 20 bad pop-punk bands than 20 auto tuned glammetal bands

I'm surprised someone as fucking big as Billie Joe Armstrong is producing an album for Rise. I guess that's the benefit of being a celebrity child though.
