I feel this song is weaker than Mi Amor. The end of the song saved what was other wise a pretty mediocre song by the band.
Maybe it's me expecting too much out of the band after so many consistent releases. The rest of the album should be better
They should make more heavy stuff like this imo.
War Paint is the best heavy song they have.
Fuck, I guess somebody asked Senses Fail if they lifted. And do to the fact that they didn't lift, this was the end result.
lol they've always ruled
Digging: The Who - Tommy
I liked it. The ending is especially great.
It's cool that they got heavy but this song sucks balls.
@balls, did you hear the last single? you might like it better
Straight up ball sucker coming right at you. Just click the link above.
lifeboats is one of the best heavy songs they've ever done
war paint >
no way this is way better than mi amor Buddy sounds awesome. I just keep getting more stoked for Renacer
I wasn't referring to your comment, Atari. I was just saying that anyone who wants some good ol ball sucking action should open up that link.
@ecnal, yea i realized that which is why i edited my comment to mention lifeboats lol
Lifeboats, New Years Eve, Coward, War Paint and imo Mi Amor are better than this. I can't wait for the new album though.
This is boring.
The song was released today. I'm not late the mods took a while to approve it.
nice user name ^
Just listening to it now, but I find Buddy to be one of the only vocalists of a band with a half million likes on facebook that is still down to earth and not a douche. The band just announced that they're doing a house show in NJ. That's pretty cool.
But why do the guitars have to sound all shitty and flat
The band just announced that they're doing a house show in NJ. That's pretty cool.
When I saw them, they came to a local bar/restaurant by the ocean in the middle of fucking nowhereville, Florida. That was awesome.
that opening guitar riff is super eighteen visionsish
Digging: Rx Bandits - Gemini, Her Majesty
song is alright but the end of it definitely rules
This rules holy shit Buddy sounds awesome
right on, I'm digging it.
Digging: Opeth - Pale Communion
I love this band. When I saw them live they asked all the "dancers" in the pit to just get down and give them constant push ups until the breakdown ended. Of course their singer gets down and starts doing one handed push ups with them.
Buddy does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so I'm not surprised.
I dig it.
Oh and is it just me or does the riff leading into the chorus sound like Norma Jean?
Not too shabby
Don't like it as much as Mi Amore, but it's alright.
I like it, except buddy's clean vocals in the chorus sound weird.
Digging: Ted Nugent - Shutup&jam!
The falsetto vocals in the chorus threw me off.
I already saw someone mentioning it somewhere else, but the guitar part before the chorus is a bit lazy and could be done better.
That bass is SO fucking sexy.
Yeah it's groovy that's for sure.
Cannot wait for this album.
song is good
EDIT: I mean it rules.
Digging: Kashiwa Daisuke - April. #02
Yeah way better than Mi although Mi is awesome too.
t'was an enjoyable melody
Digging: Rise Against - The Black Market
Mi Amor The Path Senses Fail is taking
Inb4 everyone else!!
this was alright, but mi amor was way better. not sure how to feel about buddy's higher pitched than ever vocals, either.
They aren't that much different you
Guys shouldn't be making any kind of a deal with vocal except praise them.
This is cool, don't get the hate.
Can't listen now but I bet I won't be disappointed
Sweet sounds like old Linkin Park.
cool sounds like senses fail
Digging: Jawbreaker - 24 Hour Revenge Therapy
Cool sounds like Senses Fail Version 3.0 that began with the Fire and has now evolved.
Cool sounds like Bayonet
Cool sounds like awesomeness
check out my new review for the fire storm ;)
i can always count on you to be sarcastic andcas
I like these new SF songs but it would be cool to get some songs like Mansons Revenge
Senses Fail threads are the new Emery threads
thought i was listening to Eighteen Vision at first
i like the slight experimentation/progression. so far they are doing some out of the norms (for SF that is) which they should explore more on.
Yeah I was thinking that yesterday.
But this beats Deftones.
^forget the dudes name but they changed producers to the guy that did the last few deftones albums.
This whole album is heavier and more aggressive.
Digging: Emperor - In The Nightside Eclipse - 20th Year Anniversary
you've heard the whole thing godamn i'm jealous willie
Have you heard the whole album already?
I've heard the whole thing too. It's a strong 4, imo
wtf did it leak?
Please tell me it isnt too breakdown heavy..i do prefer the heavier senses fail songs but too much chugging will kill it for me
It's like Bayonet, pretty much.
nothing wrong with that
i can't either andcas
Because it was taken down.
Im down with bayonet!
meh i honestly don't like the path very much
I'm just messing with y'all I haven't fucking heard it yet.
I don't know if it leaked or not. I got the promo. To me, it's like Thrice's "The Illusion Of Safety" mixed with the latter day Senses Fail sound. Definitely not a ton of breakdowns.
@andcas, by being staff
I'm the editor for a music website.
or what willie said lol
ou la la hopefully when i listen to it my senses dont fail
i feel your pain, i do =|
I'll let you know when it leaks.
no nonsense i hope
Nah I've had my senses fail joke for the month.
"I don't know if it leaked or not. I got the promo. To me, it's like Thrice's "The Illusion Of Safety" mixed with the latter day Senses Fail sound. Definitely not a ton of breakdowns."
Oh my God 5/5
