|
| |
nah i havent heard it yet. cant download from my school because they will shut down my internet, and i couldnt find it on youtube
|
| |
Yeah not the same without Howard. Band is ruined for me.
|
| |
The video is blocked for Portugal. lol

I don't think it has leaked

just the opposite. band is back in a better way now. it ruled.

Chorus was pretty catchy.

I loved Howard, and thought he was better than Jesse up until Times of Grace. That (and this) really show that Jesse has become the better of the two.

Not available in my country.

yeah wtf.
also beardswitch engage.

Not bad. I like the fact that the solo was a bit more 80s-styled and had some melody; a nice change.
|
| |
Not that I care about the band all that much, but it's Disarm the Descent*
|
| |
its on youtube for those who wanna listen to it

Song rules, band rules, 12 year old me is so happy
|
| |
dude jesse sounds fantastic. He killed it live last month. Fuck the haters. Im excited for this.
|
| |
jesse was always killswitch anyways.
|
| |
I will always prefer Jesse, nothing against Howard though.
|
| |
*flushes toilet*
|
| |
Jesse was more suited for me than howard. I like howard as a vocalist, but i think the band will better with Jesse now back.
|
| |
Howard has a great voice. he'd do well in a heavy metal band as long as he didnt' core it up too hard.
|
| |
This is true. His stuff with BHBS was decent from what i remember.
|
| |
Really liked the track....
Catchy ass chorus
|
| |
modern metalcore
|
| |
I like both vocalists equally. Song is decent. Album will be a 3/5.

Song was pretty decent

*Yeah not the same without Howard. Band is ruined for me.*
Because there's such an incredibly huge different between the two.
|
| |
they certainly seem to have a little pep in their step once again.
|
| |
not bad. i like howard as a vocalist but the band just got worse and worse when he was in it. seems like they're stepping their game up again

I guess I'm the only one who couldn't stand Howard's over-the-top vocals.
|
| |
Still a huge Howard fan, always will be. Hopefully this will be the album that convinces me otherwise. Track ruled though, stoked for the album.
|
| |
You can hardly even tell the difference between the two vocalists. The band sounds exactly the same with either one
|
| |
yeah though they kind of have some difference, they pretty do the same thing, cleans and harsh. with very similar styles.
|
| |
Decent track, Leach's harsh vocals remind me of Sam Carter's at times...

not by any stretch are they original, but their sound is still great. if you take them for what they are, a pretty basic metal band, they're a ton of fun to listen to and play along to.
|
| |
Well considering Killswitch was one of the first of the group of metalcore bands in the late nineties to get popular I would say they are pretty original. Just because 5000 other bands sound the same these days doesn't make them unoriginal.
|
| |
Just as mediocre as the other songs they released.
|
| |
fair point, I meant that comment from today's point of view. they definitely shaped the modern metalcore sound.
|
| |
Lyrics are so hardcore "Shadows will give way to light"
|
| |
I think XingKing is fucking tone deaf. Such a huge difference in sound, although, the same song formula.
|
| |
"they certainly seem to have a little pep in their step once again."
I'm sensing that too, looking forward to hearing the final product.
|
| |
raowckque on
|
| |
"yeah wtf."
First album I got into by KSE was Heartache, not their self-titled.
Hence why I'll always prefer Howard.
|
| |
im gettin generic in april with this and new heaven shall burn. nostalgic jamz
|
| |
Jesse is a hamburger, and Howard is a steak.. When you've had steak you don't want to go back to hamburgers..
|
| |
terrible analogy.
|
| |
I love the video!

Howard Jones has a new band:

Chorus is awesome. His cleans are solid, but not that much into his screams.
|
| |
preferred Jesse anyways. Howard is a great singer, i just think jesse is better suited. I kinda like the new song, wasn't too shabby.
