it was probably a bit awkward being frank's brother when his split wasn't very amicable with the rest of the band. whether that was the reason for his departure or not i do not know but i'd imagine it could stem from that.

but anyway, he was a good guitarist and singer so it's bit of a bummer but i haven't been all that intersted in their newer stuff so ehh

When I first saw the news, I thought it was a name change, that the band formerly known as Gallows was now called Carterless. But then I read the news and felt foolish.

But I thought Frank was better anyway.

People putting all these nasty comments should get their facts right. Lags founded Gallows in 2005. He then went on to write the music of OOW and played all the guitar part on the album. Steph joined the band much later. The musical influence in the band has always been Lags, and to be honest he is a far better guitar player than Steph ever will be. Steph backing vocals were good and will be missed. Good luck to him and long live Gallows… carterless at last!!!
