this band is now irrelevant to me
Digging: Retox - YPLL
Eh, it's all right. Pretty decent chorus.
im not too big of a fan of that song
what the fuck was that?
Digging: Across Five Aprils - Tragedy in Progress
woah such a bland song, like if they rolled back all their progressions on previous albums and fell right back to conventional pop punk
did the vocalist leave? why does he sound like...just ugh.
yeah i was really disappointed by this
this song is so goddamn goofy
it sounds like flogging molly worship.
I can't believe the same band that made Stay Home just made that song.
Digging: Disclosure - Settle
well that's a shame.
there is a fantastic song hidden in there somewhere
who produced this?
That was fucking awful, what the hell??
seriously how do you go from anything on their last album to this?
im holding onto hope that the album will have much better songs
Mmmmm, idk man. It's not terrible imo. It's at least a little decent. Here's to hoping there'll be better on the album?
That fucking chorus though. Ewww.
there's no way in hell the rest of the album will sound different. they are a theme band when it comes to the overall collection of tracks.
i really hope you're wrong andcas
Transit mature and change their style again. Song isn't great, just really average. Vocals are wierd and the chorus is strange. But let's hope it's the only weak song on their new album.
the lyrics are so ghey
"I kept you in the glove compartment, with all the other thing I never use"
Tim Landers' guitarwork is great as always but I agree, I don't like the chorus or how the vocals sound
Probably will catch hell for this, but I like it.
I do like it, it's just nowhere as good as anything from Listen and Forgive and there's a few things that tweak me about this song like how the vocals sound. If a different band had released this song I'd like it a lot more, but Listen and Forgive has given me absurdly high expectations for Young New England (which also I don't like the album name or art, Listen and Forgive's name and art were both much better than this)
Better yet, what kind of article was that? Holy fuck.
Song is great.
lol this sucks so hard. i miss stay home/pre stay home transit
The instrumentation is just fucking fantastic but the structuring and repetitive vocals just makes this thing so flat and anticlimactic.
Digging: Deafheaven - Sunbather
seems like he didn't even try to stretch himself or vary vocally... i like the song but the vocals make it a little boring. also the mix is muddy compared to their last album? still looking forward to this.
The production is sooo sloppy. Thats the worst thing about the song.
Wow. It sounds like they were influenced by new TBS after their tour together, which is not a good thing.
listening to it again now, and god they rely on the chorus soooo much. and the way hes singing makes me cringe. Sounds like tbs vocals when he pronounces his "r's"
Nah, shit rules.
I don't think the song is horrible, definitely not as good anything off Listen and Forgive, but it's not awful. I really hate the production on this though.
well that was terrible...
