Rorcal Loses Vocalist

Genevan slude/drone band Rorcal has recently announced the departure of vocalist Christophe, due to "personal reasons", as claimed on the band's Facebook page. Fans were informed that Christophe will be replaced by band friend Yonni Chapatte and that Christophe will be working on a new musical project called Six Months of Sun.
Here is the full statement: Dear all,
We are sad to inform you that due to personal reasons Christophe, our singer and dear friend, is leaving the band. We would like to thank him for all the energy he brought throughout this whole experience for the past seven years. We would like to wish him all the best for his new project: Six Months of Sun
Our friend and music companion Yonni Chapatte will carry the torch from now on. We are sure that his howls will wake the dead up as well as his predecessor’s did.
It seems that a whole new chapter is beginning for Rorcal.
See you on the road and once again, thanks a million times for all the support you shown to Rorcal until now.

The album was finished long before he left. They've already ordered, printed and received the vinyl pressings of the album for release at the end of the month.
