Video started out pretty cool but they didn't really go anywhere with it.
^^ What he said
Great opinion i really relate to what you are feeling!
video does come off a little awkward. don't mind the song though.
Don't care what anyone says; song is amazing and the album fucking rules.
i always thought this band would be better served using their videos to visualize their stories more ala some cool animation by Peter Chung. These live vids just don't live up most of the time tbh
I like most of their videos a lot actually, this one just seemed a bit lazy.
I love both Aftermans, though.
can't say i love or hate the vids. they're just sorta there for me. just seems like a no brainer that they'd go for some anime type thing with their vids. i mean they made numerous attempts at comics ffs
something like breaking the habit
weird video also very boring but song rules so much
Kris this is pr boring why won't you see the truth
I'm digging both Afterman records, they sound really cool. I have to check out their earlier output too.
Digging: Pallbearer - Heartless
Song is good, but I've seen better efforts by Claudio and company. Video is ok.
Like the song, video isn't bad but it's nothing super exciting, but I feel like this is probably one of the most straightforward songs they've ever released.
Song def kicks ass, but I'll subside to the majority and say the video sucked. This song is just retardedly catchy.
I still really like these guys, but not this album, this song or this video.
Digging: IDLES - Brutalism
not their best track off this album, and i agree, vid was boring.
Good song, video blows.
Digging: Jaws (UK) - Simplicity
should've done what they did with the afterman (the track) and had a video that LOOSELY relates the concept.
Kind've an odd music video, song is great though. One of my favorites on Descension.
Claudio's hair is both ridiculous and amazing.
there were only a couple songs off the new afterman albums that I liked. A pretty good effort I'd say, but I don't think anything will beat their good apollo albums and their first album. Fuck yea. That's the coheed I'll remember forever.
They're still a decent band though.
^I'm with this guy.
This song is pretty good though- a little cheesy, but whatever.
Digging: Infinity Shred - Long Distance
