just for the sake of "eeey lookee here the inferior user core fagget", because i know that's how a
bunch of folks see me.

have always respected everyone's taste here, and yes, I DO understand why people say i have a
horrible taste and if you read my responses to such comments i'm pretty sure you'll find out i take
it very lightly when people do that, because i do understand the motives, and i do accept that not
everyone is as tolerant and flexible as i am. Moving on, that doesn't mean i'm going to give up on
listening/talking about the music that i love, and that has seen me grow into the full fledged man i
consider myself to be today. Laugh away, you don't know my life and you have nothing to do with it,
AND this will probably give you the "tools" to call me a little whinny Deathcore kid (and i will
understand that too), but if it wasn't for some of the music i've heard throughout these years, i
wouldn't be proud of myself as i am today. The shitty music i listen to has helped me getting
through a lot. And yes, i still take all you say lightly.

That said, this is not me tilting, at all. I feel like it's time people know me a bit further if
they're gonna keep making fun of me. I'm
not the "ignorant kid" some of you might take for. I am fully aware of everything the world has to
offer or take from me, i've done only good in my life, and to a lot of people too. I think i'm a
mature, thoughtful individual. Again, not trying to gain huge amounts of respect or "change the
world" here, i just want you to actually know me. At least to understand why i'm here. I think some
of the people here do like me and/or respect me, and i have no beef with anyone, in fact i like
pretty much everyone here. I'm here because i love the site, and i love music, and to talk about it.
I like to go around having fun, talking about my Metal and such. Here in Portugal i hardly know
anyone that likes Metal at all. Much less for "my" Metal.

Makes them feel a sense of satisfaction that they don't get offline. BUT I agree you should try and branch out. My taste was identical to yours like 2-3 years ago and I decided I wanted to find different music because I was getting bored of hearing the same old shit all the time. You'll do it eventually.
