Electronic composer Flying Lotus is now streaming his latest album Until the Quiet Comes on NPR. (Sidenote: since you're currently on SputnikMusic, this implies you probably like FlyLo. Therefore, it'd be wise to check this out.)
Album's much more mellow than Cosmogramma, which is one thing I love about it.
Digging: The Dillinger Escape Plan - One of Us Is the Killer
for what i remember this was pretty good, need to re listen to it.
Digging: Gold Kids - The Sound Of Breaking Up
Digging: Low Leaf - Alchemizing Dawn
Incoming jizz storm
The album is so rad there are two news stories for the stream

Never been a fan of this guy but I'll try again
Digging: Queens of the Stone Age - ...Like Clockwork
This rules. Top fived for this year at least.
Digging: The World is a Beautiful Place And... - Whenever, If Ever
I like it but i'm not as crazy about this as everyone else, but i've only listened to the whole thing once.
yeah fuck yeah
Digging: Vampire Weekend - Modern Vampires of the City
This shit is so fucking gooooooood
I think I dig this more than 'Cosmogramma'. The fact that it's way more chill gives it a more definite Trip Hop vibe, which I love. That, and I can actually take time to observe/enjoy/appreciate the different soundscapes that Flylo creates, since they aren't bouncing around everywhere.
That and Cosmogramma was vastly overrated (but still a really good album)
Digging: Calibre - Spill
will stream it l8r
Aren't you supposed to be a silent potato??
oh shit dude he's got you there
The track with Tom Yorke is awesome
The collabs on this thing are beautiful.
Digging: StraightFace - StraightFace LP
i can't fucking wait to buy this record
Doesn't have as many standout moments as Cosmogramma, but maybe it will grow on me some more. Still a great, relaxing album
