Chicago-based noise rock quartet Millions have posted their new song to youtube. "Pervert" is taken from the act's sophomore album Failure Tactics which is set to be released on September 25th via Seventh Rule Recordings.

The song is great. The album may be great too. Seventh Rule is known for releasing the best underground stuff out there.
