West-coast rapper Kendrick Lamar just released his new single Swimming Pools (Drank), produced by T-Minus. In an interview a few months ago, Kendrick stated this single would not be in his upcoming album good kid, mA.A.d city, expected for release on October 2nd.

It's not his best when compared to section 80 but the song is still pretty solid and I like the beat. I'm hoping the album will be a great follow up to S80 and hopefully the whole album isn't mainstream friendly.

Section 80 is close to perfection for me, so I don't see him topping it but I'm still expecting a wicked album. If he does top S80 that would be incredible
