Voivod new album details

2012-07-06 by Voivod STAFF | 38 Comments
Canadian metal pioneers Voivod have revealed the title of their new album, Target Earth. The album is set for release just before the end of 2012.

Commenting about the direction followed this time, guitarist Dan Mongrain said that fans should "expect something in the vein of Nothingface with some elements from the other albums. It will be a classic VOIVOD album."

The new album will also feature the band's new logo, designed by Away.

Nice. They've remained pretty consistent for a band their age, looking forward to this. Nothingface rules obviously, let's hear what their new guitarist can do.

If this is at all like they are promising, AOTY. Nothingface is one of the greatest metal albums ever (IMO).
