Any band that re-releases a first effort before coming out with another album has to be pretty lame.

all these extra songs should have been made into an ep, rereleases are unnecessary.

Rise to Remain's release of City of Vultures + bonus tracks in NA is allowed since it wasn't released there previously. Though I wanna hear the bonus tracks.

Why dont they start working on a new album since they have had all this time to make 1 new song in Vengence. (which was sooooooooo average) Or are they to scared of Austin Thorton to speak their minds

They are actually working on their new album, Rise has kept postponing this release for several mounths. Also, yes, it should indeed be an EP instead of a re-release.

The fact these guys are still around despite having only 1 or 2 original members out of 7 is crazy. Tyler Carter was the only good thing about them anyway.
