OH MY LORD IT'S SO GOOD!
as sputnik collectively jizzes in their headphones.
Jesus, all these albums coming out on the 26th streaming an entire week early. Linkin Park, The Offspring, and now Gojira. This is gonna be the best album out of the 3 undoubtedly.
^ Gojira better than Linkin Park and The Offspring? well done, my dear Watson!
The Gift Of Guilt fucking rules.
Fuckin rules, as expected.
Lol as if anyone thought this WOULDN'T kick major ass
The Gift Of Guilt. OMG! SO AWESOME!
They cut down on longer songs though.
This is alright. Still need a proper listen later this week. m/
album rules so hard
Cool it's as if this album didn't leak a week agoooo.
It didn't, it only leaked within the last few days.
The drumming on this is pretty beastly.
I really enjoy Pain is a Master and Born in Winter, but I don't seem to enjoy Gojira albums as much as a lot of others do on this site. I might see them live at the end of the summer, maybe it will change my perception of their music.
^ they are beasts live, with the perfect live sound for sure
I'm gonna see them at Heavy Toronto.. One of the very few good bands on this years lineup. Pumped.
I wasnt really impressed with the title track but the rest of this album rules so hard. so hard.
It seems to get a little repetitive towards the second half, but the first half of this album is gold.
Seriously this album is amazing
It's a Gojira record. I don't expect anything less than amazing.
Was hoping the bonus tacks would stream =(
Yeah, they fucking rule live.
Their live show is probably one of the heaviest I've ever been to. The pit for Flying Whales and Love? was massive.
Toxic Garbage Island...how I would love to hear that song live.
Just got into these guys. From Mars To Sirius is freakin' sweet. If this is anything like that, I'll buy fo' sho
"Toxic Garbage Island...how I would love to hear that song live."
my band jams that song all the time, we played it live a couple times also, good tune
as always, gojira doesn't disappoint.
Album title makes me think "Elephant Sausage" every time I see it.
So amazing, but I agree with the person who said it gets repetitive toward the latter half. But....if you listen to the album how it is, without listening to the 2 bonus tracks...it's simply amazing.
And they do just enough to mix it up and the sound feels fresh throughout the album! Yes!
I'm pumped for some new Gojira
