@Anarchist - I believe it's because of the weekly album sales count which differs from market to market. I think each market has its own day of count or how it's called IDK. This way they'll count the sales from the whole week instead of just 2 or 3 days and the album will reach a higher number on the chart. At least that's why I believe they release the albums on different days in different countries.

Man, it seems like Green Day have slowly been turning into Mexicans in the last few years hasn't it? First those "¡Viva la Gloria!" and "¿Viva la Gloria?" tracks on 21st Century Breakdown, and now these album titles for the trilogy.

Really excited about this one. I was never a fan till American Idiot and 20th century as they moved more towards rock and away from pop punk. Green Day are a great live band and the music is good.
Stop that hating on bands that become popular.

@olddirtydoggy - Green Day were famous before American Idiot. Dookie, which was released in 1994, is their best selling album for example. Starting with AI they took an arena rock route and became less introspective and more superficial. That's why people tend to hate them now.

in reference to the above u2 comments, i actually cracked the code awhile back as to how that could make any sense. 1x1 + 2x2 + 3x3 = 14. and there is an echo after each of the first 3 numbers, so in a very roundabout way it somehow works. although i highly doubt this was bono's intention. you know, cuz he's a faggot.

I can only hope this will actually be reasonably good (each disc no worse than AI) because if it isn't... all we're going to hear about on sputnik from when september begins to when 2013 ends is bitching and loving of something that is likely already guaranteed to be extremely well known in pop culture and if each disc isn't at least as good as AI then I'm going to be extremely annoyed by the entire release.
