And So I Watch You From Afar have announced a string of North American tour dates to take place this year, many of which are with fellow heavy post-rockers Russian Circles. It begins with a series of shows with Russian Circles, followed by more North American dates with labelmates Zechs Marquise. Also, Indian Handcrafts will be joining them for three Canadian dates, while Deafheaven will be joining them for three California dates (the last of which also features Chelsea Wolfe). Band Page: And So I Watch You From Afar
People should definitely go see Russian Circles live - one of the best gigs I've ever been to.
Sad that Lansing doesn't get Russian Circles but I'll definitely try to go.
Russian circles with chelsea wolfe?! HOLY FUCKING SHIT I'M DOWN!!!
awesome. i'm gonna have to hit up the toledo show
Digging: Lionize - Jetpack Soundtrack
I missed out on seeing Russian Circles live because I wasn't 18 at the time. I was not a happy chappy.
of fucking course, I'm out of the country on June 28th. fuck me, that would have been an incredible show.
Digging: Thou - Heathen
Look at the list, see a Chapel Hill date, get extremely excited, then realize Russian Circles aren't playing that date. Fuck.
i did the same thing. dude russian circles at the 506 would be fucking immense. its such an intimate venue
Wow great tour
Digging: The Hotelier - Home, Like NoPlace Is There
I've had my tickets to see them in Denver for over a month now. Will rule.
I saw ASIWYFA with Structures (UK)
One of the best gigs I've been to. And structures are probably the best post rock/ambient metal band you'll see live. Shame there's only one song by them on youtube
Do Europe you mofos.
"Look at the list, see a Chapel Hill date, get extremely excited, then realize Russian Circles aren't playing that date. Fuck."
zechs marquise is an insane live band too. you won't be disappointed.
oh man I love ASIWYFA, if I was home I would definitely try to catch the Vancouver date.
Digging: The War on Drugs - Lost In The Dream
the Biltmore is my favourite Vancouver venue too. jelly.
I'd like to see Deafheaven more than any others
The flyer I got from Fusion shows for Lansing says that ASIWYFA are the headliner, but the venue's website says it's Zechs Marquise. I'm guessing the latter is wrong.
