The Hollow Part 2?
It's kind of sounding like that...
I will still probably buy it, because I really enjoyed The Hollow.
| |
Sounds pretty good but god damn that album cover is fucking horrible.
| |
Sounds pretty much just like the last album. 3-3.5
| |
Definitely sounds like The Hollow Pt II. However, I don't quite mind, since I loved that album, so everything's good.
| |
so excited. this will rule
| |
"Memphis May Fire with Kellin Quinn AND Danny Worsnop in ONE ALBUM?!?!?! *.*
*orgasms*
*dies.*"

i loled when i saw that
| |
I died a little inside when i saw that
| |
I didn't like this THAT much. Didn't really blow my mind.
But I also remember not liking the preview of The Hollow, and that became one of my favorite albums of all time. I rarely ever like any preview songs from any bands, then I suddenly love them when I hear the whole album (this happened very extremely with Mastodon's The Hunter).
| |
sounds a little bit different from the hollow. can't really put my finger on it though. but it sounds good. agree with everyone else that the album cover is shit
| |
you never can truly tell how good an album is going to be from the teaser.
| |
Nothing groundbreaking , but overall it sounds like a nice continuation of what was happing on the Hollow. The cleans sound deadly as usual and the harsh vocals are some of the best in the scene, Im rather excited to hear this whole thing
| |
i don't understand how this could possibly be considered post-hardcore.
| |
The music world seems to have a warped idea of what post-hardcore is these days. Metalcore with singing isn't exactly post-hardcore last time I checked.
| |
plently of cleans! with a touch of southerness. its like they read my mind
| |
^exactly
I always see comments on youtube/last.fm/etc like "Metalcore with pop-punk is called post-hardcore!" or "Hardcore with clean singing is post-hardcore"
| |
Post-hardcore is a pretty broad term, but most band's these days given the label like it's exactly what they are, usually only have elements of it, if any.
| |
there is no southernness in this.
| |
yeah this is gonna rule
| |
from what I hear, there's a lot more cleans on this album.
| |
SKINNY JEANS. SKINNY JEANS EVERYWHERE.
| |
If there isn't much "southernness" on this I don't think I'll bother. The Hollow really didn't do much for me.
| |
Liking this. Sounds pretty good.
| |
Love it
| |
Lol @ this thread.
| |
album cover is godawful
| |
"Lol @ this thread"
y is it funny?
| |
will be great
| |
One of the better rise bands
| |
They're still boring.
| |
i liked the hollow but this didn't impress me much
hopefully the album will be good as it should be
| |
boring
| |
Seems weird to see an album called Challenger being advertised so much, my band released an EP last summer with the same name, lol. Not that they ripped it, they've probably never even heard of us.
| |
sounds awesome
hope there are more cleans than the last album though
| |
This sounds pretty good.
| |
"there is no southernness in this. "
You must be Deaf.
Sounding awesome, and seems to have much better production than on The Hollow
| |
Doesn't sound that great
| |
i wish they wouldn't have previewed what seems like nothing but choruses
this will probably be a 2.5 tbh
| |
Sounds like The Hollow part 2 so far...
| |
Sounds solid but nothing more. It's hard to get a feel for each song, because like mixtape said it sounds like these are pretty much all choruses. I hope this is good, band has obvious talent.
| |
Jezebel sounds like it will be the best track. Hard to tell though.
| |
Previews suck who listens to a 30 second song
| |
This sounds good, but previews are always worse than the actual album. Based on that, this will rule
| |
the youtube comments are killing me
| |
yeah bro youtube comments are always either the die hard fans or people who like to cause shit.
| |
They put on their facebook that they are releasing another new song tomorrow.
| |
