New Evile Single and Video 2012-06-06 by thumbcrusher | 13 Replies | 955 Views |
Evile have released a video for their second single titled "In Memoriam" from their album Five Serpent's Teeth. The song is a tribute to the band's late bassist Mike Alexander, who died whilst on tour with the band in 2009 from a pulmonary embolism.

The single bundle contains two other versions of the song, a radio edit, and an acoustic version.

You pay tribute to a former bassist by writing a lame ballad. Seems legit.

It's quite disrespectful to call the band "shit" and "fags" for remembering a lost brother. It's
incredibly ironic because you all would be "RIP"ing Mike Alexander if this thread had been about
his death.

"Shit" was for judging the song's quality, "fag" was probably critiquing the song's cheesy ballad
style. I don't think they really care that this is about remembering a bandmate.

faux was to the music, fags was too the facebook group but yea rip the black dude

You may be right about "shit", but as for fag it was actually typed "fags". This Implies that whomever, is talking about the band. Calling a "cheese ballad" "fags" doesn't make sense.
