What the fuck are they doing...
Digging: Threshold - Extinct Instinct
Building it up
To break it back down
Why do they look and move so cheesy like. Chester, especially.
lol at Brad towards the end
Chester is channelling Chris Martin obviously
They're overdramatizing themselves to compensate for their lack of quality music.
i like the song but the video...meh
That was cool, I love fancy videos with special effects, aahahahhahahahahahahahahhaha
Yeah the beginning was embarrassing. The video got better though imo.
I LOVE this song now. Its because I have watched so much of the nba playoffs. But I really enjoy it now. The new one is pretty bad though
I wish they would go back to looking like douchebags with their colored hair and baggy ass clothes
I wear the guitarist of this fucking band has the easiest, most profitable job in the world.
Man Linkin Park lost it.
they were the near perfect band to listen to for angsty urban teenagers
Yay, it sucks
I would say this is a train wreck, but then again the train would need to leave the station.
Not gonna watch this or listen to the rest of this album. Gonna preserve any respect I may still have left for this band.
Wave goodbye, kids.
Linkin Park isn't coming back.
Linkin Park died when Minutes to Midnight came up.
Actually tho, I heard this album was gonna be amazing.
Well let me be the first to tell you that you heard wrong, son.
I enjoy this song. Their videos are so boring these days, though.
Song is soooo bad. I heard it probably 30 times and didn't even recognize it as Linkin Park until yesterday. I liked some of A Thousand Suns quite a bit so it's sad to see them return to their sucking ways.
just listened to it, and i don't remember it 10 seconds later.
breaking the habit is their best song
I personally think they should explore a more progressive sound on their next release.
song was pretty bad, video was good.
i remember their old videos lol chester had bleached hair and stood on ledges shouting plus everyone had a brother that looked like mike shinoda back in the day and there were robots and cool shit and that Asian dj actually scratched shit up.
Whoa, holy shit, they've actually gotten worse. *recalls he has battered CD copies of Meteora and Hybrid Theory somewhere in his room* yep, those were kind of better than this.
Horrible song. Easily their worst since forever.
why does this band even exist anymore.
linkin park doin gothic disco
Chester's corny fist-pumping at the beginning made me throw up in my mouth a bit. This is a great song though, fuck y'all
Digging: Zao - The Well-Intentioned Virus
wtf video is nice
lol this is so bad
and I really liked ATS
ahahhaha this band, seriously how cheesy was that
Just a matter of time before they go full dubstep
If this didn't have lyrics it wouldn't be a bad track
But yeah, Chester's been brushing up on his Chris Martin impersonations
^ Man i'm so glad I'm not making music cause I'd probably quit my profession if someone ripped on me that hard
Moar LP ftw
I was really hopeful that after "A Thousand Suns" (which wasn't really that bad) the new album would be at least slightly decent.
Well I'm giving up all hope now. The two songs they released so far are complete shit.
This is the Linkin Park that happened in between Meteora and Minutes to Midnight
NO, IT DOESN'T SUCK BECAUSE WHY ELSE WOULD THE DISLIKE BAR BE AS SMALL AS LADY GAGA'S PENIS. The mainstream is weird weird weird.
this video is proof that linkin park are the new backstreet boys
Memories of pre-teenhood are flashing back to me whenever i hear of Linkin Park.
Dayum, mayn. Dat drummah plays a 2-beat n hez meeeaaaannnn.
"NO, IT DOESN'T SUCK BECAUSE WHY ELSE WOULD THE DISLIKE BAR BE AS SMALL AS LADY GAGA'S PENIS. The mainstream is weird weird weird."
and the memory now is like the picture was then, when the papers crumpled up it cant be perfect again
I'm not saying I didn't like it, but I am saying that it made me vomit like...out of nowhere.
People say that victimized is sick
Wow, what happened to this band?
take 1 guess
I hate when vocalists don't use mics in videos...
Man, I thought it was decent a few weeks back, but this song sounds fantastic after hearing that other new track of theirs.
"Chester is channelling Chris Martin obviously"
So, so true.
"Burn It Down" is decent, but it doesn't give me any confidence that Living Things will be really good.
Oh LAWD that was shit! They have descended into a mockery of an already shitty genre. Poor sluts.
Eh... the song isn't.... terrible, it's just... nyeh(imo)
the video on the other hand, was awful
Yes. Hit the neck of the guitar with your palm man! Rock n Roll man! lol
This song sucks. It's rhythm is off putting with the electronica aspect that was in it which was decent at best.
Worst music video of the year: Yes! Most Definitely
Worst music video of all time: Maybe
C'mon , there are worse videos right there, at least this one has cool special effects
The new Star Wars movies had cool special effects but they still weren't very good movies
"and the memory now is like the picture was then, when the papers crumpled up it cant be perfect again"
Holy shit, that's perfect.
AND I'M ABOUT TO BREAK
I can handle the music, it's actually kinda cool.
Now, CHESTER, on the other hand, should have called it quits a long time ago. He's such a one trick pony that I know where the vocals are gonna go. No variety.
You guys really need to give this band a break!
The new album is supposed to be a mix of Hybrid Theory and A Thousand Suns.
Geez man ! -.-
And for people pointing out that the guitarist does nothing in new albums due to lack of guitars. Mike pointed out that everyone plays guitars and piano and drums. So they mix it up while making the album.
Despite for the mistakes they have made, I feel that the hate for this band is sometimes exaggerated and irrational as fuck
^ lol It's probably because most of us listened to them before transitioning into better music. I know I don't want to admit that "Faint" was at one time my favorite song...
I know that ,I also transition into another genres, its part of the cycle of life. Now I'm more into another genres of rock and metal like progressive metal, trip hop and post rock. Nowdays, I can't stand or I don't care about some bands and artists that I listened when I was between 13-16 but I still listen the good material of some of those artist that were part of my teenage years.
The point is that the band has made mistakes( everybody knows that ),their recent albums haven't been the best and this track is inoffensive, but for me the hate for chester and company is exaggerated and funny and for me there are far worse acts like this with worse music, vocals and so much worse videos.
What sucks about half the people here is that they think just cause the band gave up the nu metal genre, they suck balls.
How narrow minded can people be ?
If you like those songs, fine! Go listen to them.
I respect the band for having the balls to give up the type of music that earned them millions.
And HONESTLY, Any of you really believe that Mike shinoda would have gotten chances to compose music for movies if the band didn't experiment and stuck to nu metal?
Digging: Kill Bill - RESIN
just got around to listening to this, I actually like some of the last disc but this is just so insipid and predictable. Depressingly so.
Also looks like Chris Martin is prancing about in the video.
