It's pretty cool so far, exactly what I need for a rainy day... It's got some dynamics but I find it more soothing than anything

You make it sound boring.

It's not boring, for me it's one of those albums I'd love more listening while driving alone at night

Nothing much on first listen, but it's most likely a grower.

For me, Silversun Pickups will never get better than a 4, though I checked the internet for leaks of
this album every single day of the last two weeks. They are the perfect 4 and I don't expect them to
get better.

I'm kind of indifferent to this at the moment. Granted Swoon took a while to sink in but this isn't doing much for me.

4ish outta 5 ATM. Swoon sunk in after a while, expecting the same with this.

Listened once, so far stand outs are Make Believe, Bloody Mary, and Gun-Shy Sunshine. Each is as good as almost anything else in their discography.... the rest didnt really catch my attention too strongly, but I am writing a paper for finals so that could have a lot to do with it. I expect this to be a grower, but, like their other albums, will end up falling just short of being a true classic. It's frustrating how close this band is, but I'll probably always think of them as an enjoyable, modern attempt at the Smashing Pumpkins sound...
