Only way I can listen to the first song without getting bored is to be blazed and watching the video.

That was an awesome video, the church burning at the end was pretty solid.

What does the rest of their shit sound like? While that was somewhat boring, I kind of enjoyed the song.

Very very very slow and minimalist. I thought they would have picked up the pace a tad.

Ya, a lot more "percussion" than actual drums or beat on this record.

k, just listened through the whole thing and its an overall a 3.0 id say. Lock Howl, Hag and Drag Ropes are pretty good. But the whole thing just isn't interesting enough.

Song's pretty good. It's definitely a grower, I've listened to it a few times now and it gets better with each listen. Haven't listened to the rest of the album yet, hope it doesn't dissapoint.

Boring to some is beautiful to others. Mikael and Steven obvioulsy focused on the overall atmosphere the music creates, not the immediate appeal that most poeple crave for.

Music is about context. Lay down in a dark room and listen to this with crystal clear sound headphones.

Not a jab or anything at those who aren't digging this; taste in music isn't debatable. Just hoping to shed some light on how to enjoy what I think is a work of art that is well worth discovering.
