San Diego experimental rock quartet Pierce the Veil has announced that its third LP, entitled Collide With the Sky, will be released by Fearless Records on July 17. This will be the band's first release since 2009's critically-beloved Selfish Machines, and its first since leaving Equal Vision Records.
We are very excited to announce that our new album “Collide With The Sky” will be released this Summer on July 17th! We can’t wait to show you the new songs! Till then please spread the word #CollideWithTheSky
Definitely looking forward to it, Selfish Machines was quite enjoyable
yeah, while is was lukewarm on a Flair for the Dramatic, Selfish Machines was fucking awesome.
Digging: Mary J Blige - The Breakthrough
I can't stand the singer of this band.
This so much
that voice is such a clarion call for scene pussy
Digging: Self Defense Family - You Are Beneath Me
didn't realize these scene bands were still around
Wouldn't really say they're experimental, but still excited for this nonetheless. Might listen to Selfish Machines today.
me neither, but wikipedia did and i figured that would piss off more sputnikers than "post-hardcore" (which they're not either)
selfish machines was pretty decent
Digging: Magnolia Electric Co - Trials and Errors
i love this article
high hopes for this since selfish machines ruled
Oh god no. Singer needs to die.
Digging: Neat Beats - Cosmic Surgery
I wouldn't say they're experimental but they are definitely proggy.
but this is kinda cool. Don't listen to this stuff much but I might check it out for kicks.
excited for this

OMG VIC IS SOO0O CUT3!!!1!1 ^_^
I actually saw them live back in like 2009 right when they released their first album with Emarosa right after they got Jonny and Four Letter Lie with Breathe Carolina headlining. Those young carefree days as a scene freshman were the best. Pretty great show actually.
gabe you put the fresh in freshman
I was talking about how they need a new album a few weeks ago. Sweet.
sweet, selfish machines was good
definitely dug Selfish Machines.
Gabethepiratesquid is a fag lol
Experimenting in new ways to suck
Digging: Burial - Rival Dealer
Brilliant band, the only thing that can be off putting is the vocals, but once you can stomach that it's all uphill from there. Band gets a lot more hate than it deserves, their songs are generally really well written. Selfish Machine fucking ruled, I spent ages listening to it. Besitos is a great single to listen to.
treb have you ever listened to this band? nvm prob not
they are pretty gay...
i actually really enjoy A Flair for The Dramatic, caraphernelia is good tho, album name is gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay as fuk
Digging: Deafheaven - Sunbather
