Should be completely mediocre.
And the straight out of left field award goes to The Acacia Strain!

you bumped into the ceiling which now has to be washed and sterilized. so you get nothing.
Digging: Color Film - Living Arrangements
I'LL BET YOU COULD FIT 5 DICKS UP THAT ASS. WHY DON'T YOU STRAP A MATTRESS TO YOUR BACK.
Vincent will murder few scene bands on Rise.
I wonder which member is gonna do the cleans though.
Terrible article for a terrible band.
@rosaparks Says the guy who didn't capitalize his sentence and didn't put a period at the end.
The Acacia Strain ft. Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens
Rise records? Never thought I'd see these guys there. Not like it matters anyways, band is pretty fucking boring.
Digging: Pile - Dripping
They were one of the first heavy bands I listened to so I'm pretty biased, I'm looking forward to this.
band picture is suggestive
Next weeks headline:
"Emmure joins Sumerian records"
I wonder if it will have breakdowns and lines about hating everybody.
Band already sounds like emmure
Look at your damn sentences after the quote. That will answer your question.
Probably because no one else wanted them.
Andcas will you review this?
good job making a terrible article. learn to write please
I'm more concerned with why the mods approved this article without fixing it.

Who the fuck cares about the grammar in sputnik comments?
Rosa can you not take a joke? Do you think I really give a damn about your grammar? (Hint: I don't)
It's called joking. Half the time my grammar is shit.
No care ever.
shitty band signs to record label with awful roster
Ya they are improving, signing good bands. Dropping Attack Attack! helps too.
Victory is the one to avoid
God Victory is awful.
Digging: Jay-Z - 4:44
Did they legitimately drop attack attack? If so that's hilarious.
Ya they did. AA! tried to play it as it was the bands choice.
Totally biased and stoked for the record. Put on a fun show, will be seeing them a couple of times I'm sure.
i like these dudes. i dunno why the fuck they ended up on rise though. i have a bad feeling about this.
Hopefully rise doesn't fuck this up for them
not terrible band. excited. wormwood was average
fun to listen to when you're in the mood for some chugs. stoked i guess.
dont like this band at all
band is fun, wormwood wasn't that cool, don't think they'll get gay because of this but we'll see.
wormwood was an interesting listen, decently pumped for this to release
Digging: Pygmy Lush - Mount Hope

@bringonthebreakdown... define turning 'gay'
I like to stay positive, so I'll just say that TAS is unlistenable.
worst band. more concerned with their image of "NEGATIVITY" and having 1000 clever merch designs than
they are making music. and vincent gives straight edge a bad name.
Average band, awful label.
Digging: Cradle of Filth - Cryptoriana ? The Seductiveness of Decay
fun band when in the mood for chugs
and I liked Wormwood.
How many breakdowns were on the last one?
Impending Doom is stoked.
whoops, wrong site.
I wonder if it will have breakdowns and lines about hating everybody.
@Spec pretty sure I read up somewhere that it was over 100 breakdowns
"and vincent gives straight edge a bad name."
yeah i'm straightedge but even i think he's a douche.
He's been nice when I've talked to him. We talked about nu metal kids in Iowa and how he likes Earth (the band).
I'll check it out regardless.
Lol at the kids who freak out over a misspelled word in the article
they posted a facebook status saying that they make the music they wanna make regardless of their label.
YOU GUYS THEIR ARTISTIC INTEGRITY IS ON THE LINE. BROCORE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.
Haha brocore is fun. Rise is not.
So much hate for The Acacia Strain. I'm actually pretty stoked for this. Hopefully they'll ditch the 7 or 8 string guitars and go back to a more Continent oriented sound.
If they ruled rise records........ THEYD DESTROY SCENECORE BANDS!!!
They've been at least slightly "djenty" for a while anyways. Even Continent had some djent aspects. Just listen to JFC and it's pretty obvious.
Van flip times a thousand.
Dude they've always had a Djent sound, they're the epitome of "Meshuggah knockoffs." Not that it's a bad thing, Acacia Strain's one of those bands that I have a guilty pleasure for and find entertaining in their self realized stupidity
I would definitely consider them a guilty pleasure, mostly just Wormwood though. By the way a new song leaked on youtube, already copyright claimed though, it's definitely keeping with the groove oriented sound from Wormwood.
