How will I know if I like it or not?

Heard this earlier today because Amazon posted it on Facebook, lol. It's pretty nice though. Definitely has me interested in the full length

so I was at a store a while back and they played one of their songs, I didn't recognize it but I liked it and shazam'ed it on my phone, are they worth listening to or was that just one cool song?

the beginning sounds promising and then gets boring.

Cool, need to check this out.

The approach almost turned me off at some moments, but my intentions are still strong to hear the rest of this album!!!

It doesn't immediately hook me like Rusted Wheel or Panic Switch, but it might be a grower.

Little disappointed... nice song and all but none of the soaring hooks of Swoon, sounds like they're just drowning in synthesisers at the expense of their awesome guitar sound

Not what I expected at all but it was still pretty good. I think it'll work a lot better within the context of an LP than as a stand alone single.

that was pretty nice. normally would've been a little too "arena rock"-ish for my taste but i think they pulled it off.

i loved these guys for a while, a few years ago. kind of fell off the train with other stuff. (where's crandy? these guys were rock band royalty..)

i do love his voice, though. song is comforting.

Iunno what the big deal is, I'm a fan of their old stuff and this bore me to tears. Too mellow, makes me think the whole album will be same.

I agree that Swoon and Carnavas are better than this. I'm guessing it will be more like Seasick and that's fine with me.

I was so excited for this band when I first heard Lazy Eye. Then I found it to be the only song they've done that's catchy and worth listening to.

Lots of talent put into droning hook-less borescapes.

Great song, hope the album is good as Swoon.

Future Foe Scenarios isn't bad. It's just that the majority of their songs, to me, lack the hook I'd
typically require in rock music. Though I would't doubt their albums are growers. I had them in iTunes
for months but only listening a couple times through.

Yeah man both albums grow hard, worth giving a few spins to let it sink in. These guys have some great songs that don't immediately grab you

It is good, but I would not expect it to be the best on the LP. For those of you looking to get into Silversun Pickups, most of their material grows. Only a couple of songs are catchy on first listen.

Gave this a few more listens... it's definitely a grower. Really excited for the album now, gonna get me the vinyl when it comes out
